Women’s Circle

A Sacred Space to be Seen, Heard and Held.

Shadow Work in a Women’s Circle

Shadow work can feel especially powerful when done in community. In a women’s circle, you are not just meeting your own hidden parts you are also supported and witnessed by others who are doing the same. This shared experience can create a sense of belonging and safety that is deeply healing.

In circle, shadow work might include:

  • Guided Reflection & Meditation – Helping you gently connect with the parts of yourself that are ready to be seen and heard.

  • Journaling & Creative Practices – Giving your subconscious a voice through writing, drawing, or movement.

  • Sharing & Witnessing – Speaking your truth and being compassionately witnessed by others, often for the first time.

  • Exploring Projections & Triggers – Noticing when someone else’s story stirs something in you, and using that as an invitation to explore your own shadow.

  • Ritual & Somatic Practices – Using breathwork, grounding, or simple ritual to process emotions and integrate insights.

Why Group Shadow Work Is So Transformative

When you do shadow work in a group, you quickly discover that you are not alone in your struggles. Others carry similar fears, patterns, and hidden parts and hearing their stories can be like holding up a mirror to your own.

This shared process allows you to:

  • Feel seen and validated in your experience

  • Release shame by realising your struggles are human and shared

  • Gain new insights as you witness others on their journey

  • Practice vulnerability in a safe and supportive space

  • Strengthen your ability to hold compassion for yourself and others

A Safe Container for Deep Work

Because shadow work can bring up strong feelings, I create a very intentional, safe container in each women’s circle. This includes setting clear agreements around confidentiality, respect, and non-judgment, so that you feel held and supported no matter what arises.

Why Join the Circle?

  • To be witnessed without judgment.

  • To sit with like-hearted women in a space of honesty and care.

  • To soften into your body and intuition.

  • To remember your power in community.

  • To reclaim ritual and rhythm in your life.
